FamClub Inc. (collectively, “FamClub”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your (sometimes referred to as “you”) privacy and understands the importance of privacy to our users. FamClub developed this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to explain how FamClub collects, uses, shares, and protects Personal Information (defined below).
This Policy applies to Personal Information collected or processed through the service you are currently using and the technology supporting the service, including, our website (www.famclubapp.com), mobile application, or any offered products or services, from which this Policy is linked (collectively, the “Services”).

1. What is Personal Information?
“Personal Information” is information that, either alone or in combination with other information, identifies or relates to a particular individual. Examples of Personal Information include, among others, name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and online identifiers.

To provide you the Services, in various places within the Services, we may request you provide us certain Personal Information. If we offer and you elect to make an online purchase, the Services will redirect you to a third-party service provider to complete the transaction. You acknowledge that FamClub is not responsible for the third party’s conduct related to your payment information.

Personal Information We Automatically Collect from You
To improve your overall experience with the Services, we may use cookies or device identifiers to collect Personal Information about your use of the Services. Cookies are small data files that are transferred to your computer’s hard disk and are used to store Personal Information about website visits, your preferences, and enhance website functionality. We process the information collected through such technologies, which may include or be combined with Personal Information, to help operate certain features of the Services, to improve the security of the Services, to prevent fraudulent activity, and to identify you and keep track of your preferences.

Geolocation Information
To improve the accuracy of the Services, we may track your location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may be able to do so in your mobile device’s settings menu.

When you use the Services, our servers automatically record information, including your Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”), browser type, referring URLs (e.g., the site you visited before coming to the Services), domain names associated with your internet service provider, information on your interaction with the Services, and other such information (collectively, “Log File Information”). We may also collect similar information from emails sent to you which then help us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients.

Further, while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of Personal Information, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third parties such as hackers from illegally obtaining access to Personal Information. We do not represent or warrant that Personal Information about you will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties.
6. Accessing, Updating, or Deleting Personal Information
If you would like to otherwise access, update, or delete Personal Information about you, you may submit a request to us by using the contact information below in Section 14 (How to Contact Us).
7. Retention and Deletion
As discussed above, we keep your Personal Information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and processed, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements. In some circumstances, we may de-identify, aggregate, or otherwise anonymize your Personal Information consistent with applicable laws and industry standards so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case it is no longer treated as Personal Information.
8. Opting Out of Receiving Electronic Communications
To provide you information regarding the Services, we may send you newsletters, marketing materials, surveys, or other information via email, text, or other electronic method (“Communications”). You may choose to stop receiving Communications by clicking on the conspicuous “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of any Communication we send to you. Please note that certain Communications are necessary for the proper functioning and use of the Services and you may not have the ability to opt out of those Communications.
9. Rights to Your Content
You may provide certain content by or through the Services, including text, images, photographs, graphics, audio, video, illustrations, animations, written posts, replies, comments, designs, data (“Content”). By default, any Content you share through the Services is public. You should assume that any Content you publish is publicly accessible unless you have explicitly selected otherwise. Also, please keep in mind that anything you share privately with another user may be posted publicly by that user. Further, information shared publicly may be copied and shared throughout the Internet, including through actions or features native to the Services. In addition, we or other users may use your Content to create “Stories” for “Moments,” such as by combining your Content with Content of other user.
10. International Use of the Services
If you use the Services outside the United States, please be aware that Personal Information may be collected, stored, and processed in the United States. We will not transfer Personal Information internationally. Please be aware that the data protection laws of the United States might not be as comprehensive as those in your country.
11. Age Limitations
The Services are intended to be used solely by individuals thirteen (13) years of age or older or, to the extent prohibited by applicable law, sixteen (16) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from minors under the age of thirteen (13) or sixteen (16), to the extent prohibited by applicable law. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a minor under the age of thirteen (13) or, to the extent prohibited by applicable law, sixteen (16), we will promptly take steps to delete that information. If you learn that anyone, including those younger than thirteen (13) and/or sixteen (16), has unlawfully provided us with personal data, please contact us as described below so we can take steps to delete such information.
12. Third-Party Websites
We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from the Services, including the information or content contained within them. A link to a third party’s website should not be construed as an endorsement. We encourage you to investigate and ask questions before disclosing Personal Information to third parties.
13. Updates to this Policy
We may modify or update this Policy from time to time, so please review it periodically. If we make a change to this Policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you as appropriate under the circumstances. Unless otherwise indicated, any changes to this Policy will apply immediately upon posting to the Services.
